 The competition year begins with a "registration tournament" in the fall and continues with a State tournament in the winter and Regional tournament in the spring, which are qualifying competitions for the National tournament which takes place in June. The State and Regional tournament are held at the College of Lake County in Grayslake and the National tournament is in a different city every year. Pride Dojo also competes yearly at the AAU Junior Olympics in late July/August. Pride Dojo students have achieved great success at the National and International level, including numerous individual and team medals.
